Jack is 2nd from right in the back row, and was the crew's navigator. Alumni Dinner attendees enjoyed comparing this with Jack's navigational challenges in cars.

JTC's comment about the photo summarizes all of our observations: "I have seen this picture many times and again I am struck by the brilliance they represent individually and collectively on many levels. They were each very much distinct individuals but together created something that has already lasted more than 80 years and going strong."
