Paul Raines passed away this morning.

We spoke to Claudia this afternoon. She is going to a funeral home close to their home in Southlake Texas tomorrow to arrange the wake and service. Tentative plans are for the wake to be held on Thursday and the service Friday, assuming the church is available. I will know more tomorrow, but we wanted to get a message out now with the preliminary information.

Paul was with KSA for ten years, working in the US and Central / South America. He left KSA for L.L. Bean before going to The Home Depot where he started in Store Operations and, after several promotions, became the SVP of Stores. He left The Home Depot to become COO, and then CEO of GameStop.

He and Claudia have two children. Victoria graduated from Georgia Tech two years ago and Julian is currently enrolled at Tech.
